Payment can be made by credit card, Paypal and, in selected countries, by online bank transfer.
If a credit card is chosen as the payment method, the amount is charged when the order is shipped.
If, for any reason, it is impossible to debit the amount due, the sales transaction is automatically cancelled and the sale is automatically resolved.

€1 might be charged on your credit or debit card in order to check the card before placing an order. This €1 will be automatically recredited to your account in the next few days. 

For credit card verification you must enter your billing address exactly as it appears on your credit card statement.


All orders placed through the Cokkodrilla online shop are subjected to verification that can take up to 48 business hours. Once approved, the order is prepared and shipped. The customer is sent a notification e-mail with the tracking number of the shipment. A click on the link opens the page of the shipping company, where it’s possible to track the current shipping status. Average delivery times for the order depend on the type of shipping method chosen:


3-4 work days: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, UK, Croatia. 

5-8 work days: Bulgaria, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Portugal, Romania, Spain, Hungary.


Express: 1-2 work days 

Orders may experience delays in shipping and delivery due to Italian public holidays: January 1st, January 6th, Easter and Easter Monday, April 25th, May 1st, June 2nd, August 15th, November 1st, December 8th, December 25th, December 26th. 

Delivery costs may differ from one country to another.


The Cokkodrilla online Shop would like to guarantee the maximum satisfaction in terms of purchasing experience and quality. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the order or if the do not meet the level of quality requested you can return the purchased product within 14 days from the date of delivery. The right to withdrawal may be exercised exclusively by the customer and under no circumstances by the recipient of a gift.

The delivery costs for returns are covered by the Cokkodrilla Online Shop.

The following rules apply to the return policy:

  • the customer must be a consumer.
  • the product must be in unused condition, even if it’s been opened it must be returned with its original packaging, all the accessories and the identification tag still attached.

    Every returned product will be inspected. If these requirements will not be matched Cokkodrilla reserves the right to refuse the refund or to apply a curtailment on the price. The return must be sent using the special form downloadable HERE within 14 days of receipt by reference of the email resi@www.cokkodrilla.it . An official communication from our staff will follow within 14 days explaining how to return the product. If the right of withdrawal is exercised in according to the terms and conditions above, we will refund the sums already collected for the purchased products but not the shipping costs. The return shipment is in charge of the customer at his expense within 14 day of receipt of the goods. In case of return due to defects or quality problems, shipping costs will be offered by Cokkodrilla.



Once the Cokkodrilla Online Shop has received the returned goods and checked that all the requirements have been met, a confirmation that the return has been accepted will be sent to you by e-mail, providing the order number, the total amount and the date on which the refund wil be made. When purchasing with a credit or debit card, the time necessary for viewing the refund depends on the institution that issued the card.
